Specifying alternate persons for notifications and workflows
To ensure availability, you can specify alternate persons for notifications and workflow assignments.
About this task
Procedure
- In the Person Groups application, select the person group for whose members you want to specify alternates.
- In the People table window, select the person for whom you want to specify alternate persons.
- In the Alternates For table window, click New Row to add alternate persons.
- Specify a person identifier. When you enter the person identifier, the following information is displayed: name of the person, the calendar, and shift information.
- In the Sequence field, specify a numeric value to indicate the assignment sequence for the person.
- Save your changes.
