In the Users and Security Groups applications, an administrator can control the generation of an email notification to a new user. The PWRESET communication template is used to create this notification. If you want the email notification to go to new users, ensure that the PERSON records for these users are migrated with appropriate email IDs. If you want to alter the content of the email notification, duplicate the PWRESET communication template and use the new communication template to send notifications. |
