Software contracts and people

Use the Software Contracts application to associate people with software contracts.

To associate a person with a software contract, click Associate People on the Associated Assets and People tab in the Software Contracts application.

You can associate a person with a software contract only if the following conditions are true:

  • The status of the contract is approved (APPR).
  • The person with whom you are associating the contract exists in the Person table in the database.
