Changing collections

As your business needs change, you can change your collections.

Procedure

  1. In the Collections application, select the collection that you want to change.
  2. Optional: Activate or inactive the collection:
    • If a collection is active, you can use the collection in other applications.
    • If a collection is inactive, you can add, change, and delete collection details. However, you cannot use the collection in other applications.
  3. Optional: To change information in the Collection Details table window, delete the row and add a new row.
    The information in the Collection Details table window is read-only
  4. Optional: Change additional information.
  5. Save your changes.
