Saved queries

You can quickly list a subset of Changes in the Changes application using saved queries. For example, you can list all of the changes ready for scheduling, all of the active Changes that you own, and so on. You can also use saved queries to populate result set portlets in a start center. For example, you can specify that the All Changes with conflicts saved query will list Changes with conflicts in one of your result set portlets.

To view a list of the built-in saved queries for change management, open the Changes application, and select View/Manage Queries from the Save Query menu. The View/Manage Queries window opens to display a list of the queries, with descriptions. Opening a saved query in the list displays the clause for that query. You can create new saved queries, modify the existing queries, and otherwise manage your saved queries in the View/Manage Queries window; click the question mark for instructions.

The following table lists and describes the saved queries that are provided as built-in product content for change management:
