My Incidents pod

The My Incidents pod displays and tracks the status of incidents that are opened on your behalf. You can also view the work log that displays the details of each open incident.

A color-coded status bar showing your total number of incidents and their statuses is displayed in the My Incidents pod.

When you click an incident entry in the pod, the View Incident dialog displays the details, work log, and attachments related to the incident.

When you click the Show All My Incidents... link, the My Incidents dialog displays a table of incidents, with the following columns:
  • Description
  • Incident
  • Status
  • Status Date
  • Affected User

You can sort the My Incidents dialog table by clicking any column header.

To filter the list:
  1. From the drop-down list in the search field, select one or more columns and clickOK.
  2. Type a value in the filter field. The filter searches for matches based on the selected column and value, and filters the list accordingly.

To view more details about an incident, double-click an entry in the table or select an entry in the table and click Show Details icon.

To view the latest information updates to the table, click Refresh icon.

If using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Silverlight must be installed on the client machine in order for the My Requests status bar to appear.
