Frequent Requests

The Frequent Requests option displays the Offerings and Quick Inserts that are most frequently requested by all system users and the logged-in user, as well as any requests added to favorites by the user.

Clicking Frequent Requests icon returns sets of Offerings and Quick Inserts grouped in folders as follows:
  • My Favorites - lists requests that the user has added to favorites using the Add to Favorites option on the Offering and Quick Insert dialogs.
  • System-Wide Frequent Requests - lists the most frequent requests by all users in the system. Administrators can flag Offerings and Quick Inserts as frequent requests using the Frequent Request check box in the Offerings and Quick Insert applications.
  • My Frequent Requests - lists the 5 most requested Offerings and Quick Inserts by the logged-in user.
