Adding member CIs to a collection

You can add the member CIs of a baseline to a new or existing collection.

1. Click Open menu > IT Infrastructure > CI Baselines to open the CI Baselines application.
2. Open the baseline with which you want to work.
3. Choose the Add members to Collection action to add the member CIs to a collection.
4. Specify the name of the collection to which the member CIs should be added. If you do not specify a name, a new collection will be created and a name will be generated automatically.

Results

The member CIs are added to the collection. If any member CIs are already in the collection, they are not added again. If any member CIs have been decommissioned since the baseline was activated, they are not added to the collection. If you have created a multi-customer baseline, only those member CIs that the user can see are added to the collection.
