Adding an attribute to an offering

You can add a new attribute to an offering from the Specifications tab using the New Row function.

Before you begin

The offering must have a status of PLANNING or PENDING.

1. In the Offerings application, click the Specifications tab.
2. Click New Row.
3. Fill in all required fields. Add an attribute description. The Offering dialog uses the description to display information to the requestor. If no attribute description is specified, a default value, for example 'ALNVALUE2', is inserted.
   Note:

   To modify an attribute description in the Offerings application, select the Add/Modify Attribute action. If you change the description for an attribute that is already in the offering Specifications table, the change does not show up in the table until you save the offering.

4. Click Save.
