Revoking access to offerings

The Service Catalog tab in the Security Groups application allows you to view revoked offerings and add additional offerings to the revoked offerings list. You can revoke access to an offering or multiple offerings for a particular Security Group

About this task

Access to offerings is only revoked if the appropriate data restrictions exist. If no data restrictions exist, the user have access to all Offerings.

Procedure

  1. Click Open menu > Security > Security Groups
  2. On the record list, select the security group.
  3. Click on the Service Catalog tab.
  4. Click on the New Row button in the Restricted Offerings section.
  5. Add the ITEMNUM of the offering you wish to revoke.
  6. Save the Security Group.

To revoke access to multiple offerings

Procedure

  1. Click Open menu > Security > Security Groups.
  2. On the record list, select the security group.
  3. Click on the Service Catalog tab.
  4. Select the Revoke Access to Multiple Offerings action from More actions.
  5. Select the offerings you wish to revoke access to.
  6. Click the Revoke button.
  7. Save the Security Group.
