Additional Release module applications
In addition to the primary applications that are used to process releases (Releases, Definitive Media Library, and Deployment), the Release module provides access to the Activities and Tasks, Change Schedule, and Process Requests applications. These additional applications are used frequently when releases are processed.
Change Schedule application
Use this read-only application to view information about current, past, and
upcoming release tasks that affect one or more configuration items (CIs). This application is
identical to the Change Schedule application provided in the Change module. See the related topic Change Schedule application
for complete information.
Change Implementation Schedule application
The Change Implementation Schedule application was provided in IBM® Tivoli® Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB) to enable you to assess the impact of a Release. In Control Desk, the application has been replaced by the Change Schedule application. It is strongly recommended that you use Change Schedule to view tasks and detect conflicts. However, you can continue to use Change Implementation Schedule, if you prefer to do so.
To view information about the Change Implementation Schedule application, refer to the application help topics in the CCMDB v7.2.1 information center.
