Specifications Tab
You use the Specifications tab to classify (or reclassify) a ticket (Incident, Problem, or Service Request) and specify attributes to define it further.
Attributes help categorize tickets, which makes it easier to find and manage the ticket records. For example, an Incident might involve the classification of a laptop, with attributes of memory, disk space, and speed, for which you can define values.
You also can classify a ticket on the application's main tab, such as the Incident tab, but to manage attributes for the ticket, use the Specifications tab.
