There are a number of predefined reports provided with the product. You can use them to gather information about the assets in your infrastructure, prepare audit information, and monitor the asset lifecycle.

Commodity analysis | The bar chart in this report highlights received money by Commodity Group. A page break is used to separate the report details, which are grouped by Commodity Group and Vendor, and highlight items received by purchase order. Cost by location | This report details the maintenance costs by location for an asset and any of its child assets. These costs include material, labor, tool, and service costs that have been rolled up to the asset. Any outstanding costs that have not yet been rolled up to the asset are not included in this report. The asset cost is displayed at its individual level, as well as its individual child level. If a child asset also has child assets, its asset is underlined, and a Y appears in the Additional Children column. Clicking Asset displays an asset cost report for the selected asset. Cost by system | This report details the maintenance costs of a system and any of its child systems. These costs include material, labor and tool costs, and external service receipts. Electronic audit transactions | This report details the e-Audit transactions within a given time

Inventory ABC analysis |
This report provides a bar chart that highlights before and after

selected month and year. It provides the ability to dynamically refresh data to show either

totals is hyperlinked to a subreport, which displays details that are used to make up the
total. The report excludes the Deployed Software for which the use exemption was set. You can set the Use Exemptions for Deployed Software in the Deployed Software record. In this case, when you run the report, the Deployed Software data is not processed. |

Processor core based audit | This report displays the processor core based license audit information. It runs from the Licenses application. Advancements in processor technology now allow multiple cores on a single chip. As a result, software vendors and manufacturers have started to license products based on the number of cores used to run their licensed software. At present the core multiplier group is used in audit reports to calculate discovered capacity for licenses with PROC or PROCCORE capacity units. In the Licenses application you can use core multiplier groups to assign core multipliers to all the cores allowed in the latest software licensing.
