The integration architecture consists of various components that work together to execute the webhook integration capabilites.

About this task

The integration architecture consists of the following components:
  1. Instana Alert Trigger - When Instana detects an anomaly (e.g., CPU spike, service latency), it sends a webhook alert.
  2. Maximo IT Webhook Reciever - Incoming payloads are processed by integration frameworks to create a corresponding incident.
  3. Incident Creation - Relevant fields are mapped from the Instana payload to Maximo IT's incident fields.
