Configuring System Properties

This section describes the System Administrator tasks to configure system properties to integrate Maximo IT and Microsoft Teams.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Maximo IT and from the navigation bar click System Properties.
  2. Open CHATOPS.TOOLS and enter MSTEAMS in the Global Value field.
  3. Open portal.URL system property and update Global Value with https://SlackProxy Service URL/SlackProxy.
    where SlackProxy Service URL is the URL of the Slack Proxy Service which is installed with Manage.
    Note: The Slack Proxy Service URL must be Public and Secure.

  4. Click Live Refresh from the Common Actions section of the navigation bar.
