Taking ownership of a solution

You can take ownership of a Skolution at any time. This will assign you as the Owner.

To take ownership of a solution:

  1. In the Solutions application, display the record you want to take ownership of.
  2. Go to the Common Actions list and click Take Ownership.

The Owner field displays the currently logged in person. If the Owner Group field was assigned before, it will now be empty.
