Self Serve

Self Serve is a Maximo IT application streamlined for self service for end users.

Using Self Serve, you can manage service tickets while leveraging the classic Maximo IT infrastructure. Self Serve users can view a page that displays news bulletins, search functionality for issues and solutions, report issues, request services, view tickets that they submitted, or chat with support agents to resolve issues.

Users can also access the Self Serve app on a mobile device such as a mobile phone or a tablet.
