Viewing the relationship history of configuration items

You can view the history of how a configuration item is related to other configuration items.

1. In the Configuration Items application, select the configuration item for which you want to view the relationship history.
2. Choose the View CI Relationship History action.
   The relationship history is displayed using the current date.
3. Optional: To view the relationship history for a different date, complete these steps:
   1. Specify the date in the As of field.
   2. Click OK.
   The relationships that existed at the specified date and time are displayed. The Start Date field shows the date on which the relationship started. The End Date field shows when the relationship ended; this field is blank if the relationship is current.
4. View the information and click OK.
