Unassigned Incidents

The Unassigned tab presents incidents that are recorded in the system but currently lack an assigned owner or owner group. These incidents share the same detailed layout and functionalities as the My Incidents tab, including:

  • Full card-level detail display. Search, sort, and view customization tools.
  • Search, sort, and view customization tools.

This tab enables agents and administrators to quickly identify incidents and initiate assignment or workflows.

This can include orphaned incidents needing to have a person group assigned or owner to begin work.
