Open With Team
This tab displays incidents that have been assigned to an person group to which the logged in user belongs to. This means that an incident open with any one owner in an owner group will be visible to all owners in the said owner group inside the Open with Team section. This view provides team-wide visibility into active work, facilitating coordination and collaborative resolution.
- Shared Visibility: Agents can assess ongoing team activity to avoid duplicate effort and identify opportunities for collaborative resolution of similar incidents.
- Same Functional Parity: Includes all the features available in the previous tabs—search, sorting, grid/table view toggles, column management, and saved views.
