You can select labor for activities on an incident or a
problem. When you select labor, you create a labor transaction for
each labor code you select.
Procedure
- Display the ticket for which you want to select labor.

Click the Activities tab.

In the Time Tracking table window, select the activity for which you
want to add a labor entry.
- Choose one of these methods to select the labor value:
- Click Select Labor to open the Select Labor dialog
box. Select one or more labor codes and click OK . The labor
record you select must have a craft associated with it.
- In the Labor field, enter a value or click the Detail Menu
icon to select an option and retrieve a value. The labor record you select must have a craft
associated with it.
- In the Craft field, enter a value or click the Detail Menu
icon to select an option and retrieve a value. The craft record you select must have labor
associated with it.

Modify data for each row as needed. To view row details, click the twistie.
- Fill in additional fields as needed. An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field.

Click the Save icon.
