Creating a custom pipeline

Use a default pipeline as a template to tailor how a model processes images and how the resulting outputs are populated in a data set.

1. In Maximo® Visual Inspection Edge, from the side navigation menu, click Settings and then click Pipelines.
2. Click a default pipeline to open it and then click the Export icon.
   A Go template is exported. The template is your custom pipeline template.
3. Rename the custom pipeline and customize it with your tailored parameters.
4. From the Pipelines page, click Register pipelines and then select your customized template.
   Note: You cannot modify a custom pipeline. To modify a custom pipeline, delete it and create a new custom pipeline.
5. To apply the custom pipeline to an inspection, complete the following steps:
   1. Open an inspection and then click the Configuration tab.
   2. From the Pipeline list, select the custom pipeline and then click Enable inspection.
   3. Optional: Click the Images tab to view the inspection results.
      Note: If a custom pipeline is applied to an active inspection, you cannot delete the custom pipeline.
