Status change notification section

Use this section of the form to identify the notification recipients for specific status changes in the record.

Item Description
Add Status Adds a status. Click this action on the section bar and select from the listed choices. Click OK. The form adds the line items in the section.
Add People Assigns a person to a status. Click the name of the status. The form shows the notification recipients. Click the Add People action and select from the listed people. Click OK then click the Save and Close action. The form adds the people to the line items in the section.
Delete Deletes a status. Click the name of the status. Click the More > Delete action.
On Status The status on which the notification is sent.
Person The name of the recipient.
Role The contact role or functional role of the recipient.
Sent The date and time when the notification was sent.
