Space use agreement section
Use this section of the form to identify the rentable area, contract percentage, and other organizational details for each organization in the space use agreements (SUA).
| Item | Description |

| Add | Adds a space use agreement. Click this action on the section bar. Specify the details, click the Create Draft action, and save or issue the record. The form adds a line in the section. |
| Copy SUA | Copies a space use agreement (SUA). Click this action. Specify the details and click the Continue action. The form adds a line in the section. |
| Remove | Deletes a line item. Select the line item and click this action. |
| Organization Name | The name of the organization to which the SUA assigned rentable space. |
| SUA Rentable Area | The area of rentable space that this SUA assigned to the organization. |
| Contract Percentage | The percentage of the total rentable area (in the real estate lease or owned property agreement) that is represented by this SUA. |
| Area/Person | The rentable area per person, based on the SUA rentable area divided by the estimated headcount. |
| Cost/Person | The cost per person, based on the SUA estimated annual spending divided by the estimated headcount. |
| SUA Headcount | The number of people that this SUA defined for the assigned organization. |
| Area/Space Seats | The number of seats that this SUA defined for the assigned organization. |
| Status | The status of the SUA record. |
