Sale term information section

Use this section of the form to identify the sale date, sale price, and other sale details for the record.

Year Sold
The year in which the property was sold.
Sale Price
The price at which the property was sold.
Sale Date
The date when the property was sold. Click the Calendar icon Calendar icon and select the date.
Gross Sale Price
The price at which the property was sold, before discounts, returns, or allowances were deducted.
Book Value at Sale Time
The value of the property on the balance sheet, after depreciation, depletion, or amortization was deducted.
Sales Costs
The costs that were involved with the sale of the property, such as the loss of rental income.
Remediation Costs
The costs that were involved in rectifying any environmental issues with the sale of the property, such as mold removal.
Commission Recovery
The amount that was recovered from the sales commission, due to a failure to meet certain terms or conditions.
TI Equipment Liquidation
The amount that was liquidated from the tenant improvement (TI) equipment, due to a failure to meet certain terms or conditions.
