Use this section of the form to identify the sale date, sale price, and other sale details for the record.
- Year Sold
- The year in which the property was sold.
- Sale Price
- The price at which the property was sold.
- Sale Date
- The date when the property was sold.

and
select the date. - Gross Sale Price
- The price at which the property was sold, before discounts, returns, or allowances were deducted.
- Book Value at Sale Time
- The value of the property on the balance sheet, after depreciation, depletion, or amortization was deducted.
- Sales Costs
- The costs that were involved with the sale of the property, such as the loss of rental income.
- Remediation Costs
- The costs that were involved in rectifying any environmental issues with the sale of the property, such as mold removal.
- Commission Recovery
- The amount that was recovered from the sales commission, due to a failure to meet certain terms or conditions.
- TI Equipment Liquidation
- The amount that was liquidated from the tenant improvement (TI) equipment, due to a failure to meet certain terms or conditions.
