Move request line item log section
Use this section of the form to view the move request line items for the history of the space record.
| Item | Description |

| Item | The type of the move request, such as a person, person with assets, asset, and equipment. |
| Item Type | The type of the move request line item, such as a person, person with assets, asset, and equipment. Similar to the Item field. |
| Action | The type of the move request action, such as a move, add, change, and retire. |
| Move With | The child items that are requested to be moved with the primary item or person. |
| Quantity | The quantity of the items that are requested to be moved. |
| Item Name | The name of the move request line item. |
| From Location | The old location at the start of the requested move. |
| To Location | The new location at the end of the requested move. |
| Close Time | The closing time or deadline of the requested move. |
