Use this section of the form to view the details and description of the current amendment to the record.
- Amendment Number
- The number of amendments that the record underwent. This number does not include data revisions.
- Amendment Date
- The date of the current amendment or data revision.
- Amendment Type
- The type of the amendment, such as a lease expansion, lease extension, and sublease revision. This field does not apply to data revisions.
- Description of Changes
- The brief description of the amendment or data revision.
