Approval reviews section
Use this section of the form to review the approval statuses for the record. These statuses are listed for each reviewer.
| Item | Description |

| Approval Status | The status of the record approval, such as Pending. |
| # | The numerical sequence of the approvers. |
| Person | The name of the approver. |
| Review Status | The status of the record review. |
| Sent | The date and time when the review was sent. |
| Completed | The date and time when the review was completed. |
| Comment | The comment for the record review. |
| Resolved Review Type | The type of the resolved review, such as manual. |
