Troubleshooting the Gantt scheduler
To troubleshoot issues with the Gantt scheduler, you can enable Gantt logging. Information is logged to the server.log file in the /home/wiotp/log directory on the Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities application servers.
A Verbose option is available for the TreeGrid Debugging option.
To enable logging, perform the following steps.
- Log in to the IBM® Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Administrator Console.
- Select Platform Logging.
- Select the TreeGrid Gantt option or select
the logging options that you want individually.

- Enables a debugger that shows JavaScript errors and warnings with the Gantt chart.
- Verbose
- Enables verbose TreeGrid debugging.
