Service matrix records section
Use this section of the form to identify the service matrix records that apply to this service provider. Activate the lease or agreement record to generate the matrix records. The generated records include all combinations of request classifications, service geographical areas, service locations, and customer organizations that are found in their respective sections.
- Request Class
- The name of the request classification, such as add person, leaks, and preventive maintenance.
- Charge Type
- The name of the charge type, such as billable (chargeable) and included (covered under a contract).
- Customer Org
- The name of the customer organization.
- Location
- The name of the location.
- Geography
- The name of the geographical area, such as Atlanta, Japan, Clark County, and Hawaii.
- Respond Within
- The duration within which the service provider must respond.
- Due Within Duration
- The duration within which the service provider must provide the required services.
- Follow-Up Within
- The duration within which the service provider must provide any follow-up services.
- Estimated Cost
- The estimated service cost that is defined for the particular request classification.
- Estimated Time
- The estimated service time that is defined for the particular request classification.
- Priority
- The level of service urgency that is associated with this service provider, such as high, low, and medium.
