Real Estate executive and Real Estate strategist
Real estate executives and real estate strategists are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages real estate transactions and contracts. A Real Estate (RE) Executive or Real Estate (RE) Strategist role typically performs the following tasks:
- With suite license:
- Creates, analyzes, and proposes RE property scenarios that optimize space utilization and cost, and provide attractive workplaces
- Focuses on agility and flexibility for RE and workforce needs
- Collaborates with marketing to obtain supporting demographic data
- Aligns with and promotes the enterprise brand to all audiences, from investors to employees
- Aggregates data for multiple strategic planning initiatives in the works
- Defines and reports the metrics on cost tracking to enable better decision-making
- Reviews the forecasts versus actuals for building portfolio and workspace operations
- Presents ad-hoc analysis for improving efficiency and quality of workplaces

- Monitors space assignments and real estate costs that are associated to internal organizations
- Facilitates compliance with regulatory reporting
- Monitors space allocations and provides efficient space use
- Provides a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work
- Monitors occupant satisfaction
- Monitors performance metrics
- Receives and responds to approvals and notifications
- With traditional license with WPM:
