End-user roles
The end-user roles are created based on typical business processes.

Workplace occupant |

Contact center agent |
Takes help-desk calls from company employees, records the call details in Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities, and attempts to resolve issues during the call so that service requests can be avoided. For more information, seeContact center agent . |
Reservation coordinator |
Responsible for a set of reservable rooms. In some organizations, this responsibility falls to a space planner, but many organizations have the dedicated function of a reservation coordinator. For more information, seeReservation coordinator . |
Space manager and space planner |
Needs to designate which spaces are going to be "Reservable" and flag them to have mailboxes configured in Exchange. This work may be done in collaboration with a reservation coordinator. For more information, see Space manager and space planner. |
