Devices and Maximo Real Estate and Facilities assets

In Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, a device is represented as a building equipment asset and is uniquely identified by its nameplate.

When Maximo Real Estate and Facilities loads fact records, the device must already exist as a building equipment record in Maximo Real Estate and Facilities with unique nameplate.

Use the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities building equipment record with the matching nameplate as a reference to find the information that is needed in the fact table, such as organization or location.
