Sample user roles
The IBM® Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities user roles are based on typical business processes. Your company can use the sample user roles and portals to configure your own user roles and portals. A Maximo Real Estate and Facilities administrator specifies the home page for each user role.
When users log in to Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, the user's home page is displayed. The user can review information in the home page sections that applies to the user's business role. Based on user role, security settings, and license access, the home page might consist of one or many sections.
