Workflows

A workflow is a specified sequence of tasks that when triggered, runs automatically. If IBM® Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities does not already know how to manage your required tasks, you can use a workflow to specify the tasks that you need your application to run automatically.

Many concepts need to be understood to successfully create a workflow. Having a background in programming is helpful in learning to create workflows, but it is not necessary.
