You can use the program and project management features to automate, streamline, and manage capital project processes. You can manage all aspects of a capital project, from project setup to the execution and closeout of the project.
Real estate lease and contract process flows
After you purchase a real estate property or lease an asset, you can document the contract in the application, maintain amendments, and track payments. These activities represent the contract management and lease accounting processes that occur after the planning process ends.
Space and move process flows
You can use the space and move management features to maintain space plans and track space utilization, manage people and assets, and manage move projects.
