The Energy Use scenario metric calculates the total energy use for the scenario.

For a proposed location (lease or owned), the system uses the Estimated Total Annual Energy Use per GSF field from the selected Building Class to calculate the Estimated Annual Energy Use.
For an existing building or an existing lease, the system maps the Annual Energy Use field to the Supply Summary.
