Location status

You can view the status of a location in the Location Status section of the General tab. You can also change the location status by selecting a status action.

The fields and actions that are displayed in the Location Status section vary depending on the type of location and the status. You can view transaction logs on the History tab. Different colors, as defined in the Status classification, reflect the different status values.

When you create and activate a location, its status is Available. You use the Resource Downtime action to mark a location offline, for example, if it is closed for maintenance. The offline status is displayed on the location record.
