The following integrations are available to share data between IBM® Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities and other products or data sources.

Integrating Maximo Real Estate and Facilities with Microsoft Exchange
Integration between IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Workplace Reservation Manager and Microsoft Exchange requires two-way communication. Microsoft Exchange sends meeting requests to IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities for the managed room resources. This communication is done by using Microsoft Graph subscriptions (also known as Webhooks). IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities sends messages to Exchange to accept or reject meeting requests for managed rooms. Maximo Real Estate and Facilities also sends free/busy data to Exchange to ensure the Exchange calendars are kept in sync with Maximo Real Estate and Facilities. This communication is done by using the Microsoft Graph API. Initial configuration is required in both Exchange and Maximo Real Estate and Facilities.
Integrating, publishing, and reporting on CAD and BIM information
IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities CAD Integrator/Publisher offers add-in products for computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) applications. You can load data from your CAD or BIM applications into Maximo Real Estate and Facilities records and show the data as graphics in Maximo Real Estate and Facilities applications.
Integrating data with external applications
You use the IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities connector tools to import, update, or export data from Maximo Real Estate and Facilities; or link or share data with Maximo Real Estate and Facilities applications. These tools include the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities integration object, IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Connector for Esri Geographic Information System (GIS), IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Connector for Business Applications SOAP API, Maximo Real Estate and Facilities DataConnect, Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Data Integrator, and OSLC REST API integration.
Integrating with Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Connector for Envizi
The IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Connector for Envizi integrates IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities and Envizi ESG Suite.
