Space and move management overview
The space and move management overview flowchart describes the high-level overview of the space and move process as delivered by the IBM® Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities application. The first phase identifies the space setup and move setup. The second phase identifies the space allocations to organizations. The third phase identifies the people assignments to spaces. The fourth phase identifies the asset assignments to spaces. When all of the move setup is in place, the fifth phase identifies the tracking of people and assets after an assignment or move. When all of the space assignments are in place, the sixth phase identifies any move requests and move work. When all of the space setup and allocations are in place, the seventh phase identifies any space audit and space utilization processes.
