Status field values
The Status field identifies the stage of the record in its lifecycle.
Common values
Some values for the Status field are shown across multiple applications. These field values include:
- Active
- Every member on the distribution list approved the record.
- Approved
- Every member on the distribution list approved the record.
- Completed
- The record is restricted from further edits. This status is shown after the user clicks the Complete action.
- Draft
- The record is created and awaits further data entry. This status is shown after the user clicks the Create Draft action.
- Issued
- Every member on the distribution list approved the record.
- Retired
- The record is restricted from further edits. This status is shown after the user clicks the Retire action. Typically, you can unretire the record.
- Review In Progress
- The record is routed for approval but is not yet approved by every member on the distribution list. This status is shown after the user clicks the Activate, Issue, or Submit for Review action.
- Revision in Progress
- The record is being edited. This status is shown after the user clicks the Revise or Unretire action.
- Template
- The template is created and awaits further data entry. This status is shown after the user clicks the Create Template action.
Contract values
Some values for the Status field are shown specifically within applications that deal with the leased and owned property contract processes. These field values include:
- Accepted
- The lease abstract records in the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate (OSCRE) .xml file are accepted by the target system.
- Clarification Provided
- The vendor abstractor provided the clarification for the lease abstract records in the OSCRE .xml file.
- Clarification Requested
- If you are the vendor abstractor, you received a request to provide clarification for the lease abstract records in the OSCRE .xml file.
- Completed
- The record is restricted from further edits. This status is shown after the user clicks the Complete action. If a lease abstract record is completed, a real estate lease record is created in Draft status.
- DC Process Complete
- The IBM® Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities DataConnect (DC) processing is successful, and the .xml file is imported.
- ETL Failed
- The Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processing failed. Look in the server log for more information.
- In Progress
- The lease abstract record is being abstracted before it is transmitted by using an OSCRE .xml file.
- Pending Clarification
- The lease abstract records (OSCRE .xml file) are awaiting clarification from the vendor abstractor.
- Received
- The lease abstract records (OSCRE .xml file) are received by the target system.
- Rejected
- The lease abstract records (OSCRE .xml file) are rejected by the target system.
- Sent
- The lease abstract records (OSCRE .xml file) are sent to the target system.
- Sold
- The owned property agreement record is restricted from further edits. This status is shown after the user clicks the Sell action. You can revise the record.
- Stopped
- Every member on the distribution list approved the stop payments record. Although the stop payments record changes to Issued status after the user clicks the Stop action, each selected payment line item record changes to Stopped status.
- Void
- Every member on the distribution list approved the void payments record. Although the void payments record changes to Issued status after the user clicks the Void action, each selected payment line item record changes to Void status.
- Waiting for DC Process
- The Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processing is successful, and the .xml file is waiting to be processed by the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities DataConnect (DC) tool.
