Selecting spaces

In this step, you choose which spaces to publish.

  • At least one space must be selected for the step to be considered complete and for the Next button to become active.

  • Subspaces can only be published if their parent space is also selected.

Floor plan

The floor plan displays all configured spaces, color-coded by their assigned space class.

  • Spaces without a space class appear in white or black, depending on the selected theme.
  • You can select multiple spaces by clicking on them individually or using the drag-select tool.
  • Selecting a space on the floor plan also highlights it in the Space List.

Space list

This is a hierarchical list of all configured spaces and sub-spaces.

  • It serves as an alternative method for locating and selecting spaces.
  • The list supports multi-selection.
  • Selections made here are mirrored on the floor plan.

Properties panel

By default, the Properties panel is shown in steps 5 and 6, but it can also be enabled for Steps 3 and 4 via the Layout settings in the configuration dialog.

The panel provides a summary of project-related information, including:

  • Project and drawing properties
  • Number of spaces to be created and linked
  • Old and new gross and measured gross areas
  • Floor and building properties

It also includes links to open the corresponding server records for the floor and building.
