Although the Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities deployment applies most of the required configuration, further configuration might be necessary for your particular implementation.

Verification checklist
After the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities deployment completes successfully and the app server (UI) pod is running, verify that your Maximo Real Estate and Facilities application is running properly. This verification checklist is not intended to replace your company testing and validation procedures.
Properties files
Certain Maximo Real Estate and Facilities properties must be set when they apply to your specific environment. These properties files are in the /home/default/config directory of each Maximo Real Estate and Facilities pod in your environment. Changes to the properties apply only to the individual pod. To apply the same property changes across multiple pods, you must update each individual pod.
Cross-site scripting filters
Cross-site scripting (XSS) filters are defined in the TRIRIGAWEB.properties file with the EXCLUDE_CHARACTERS and ALLOWED_CHARACTERS properties. By default, typical XSS characters are filtered.
Configuring agent processes
You can configure IBM® Maximo Real Estate and Facilities agents and agent processes for your particular implementation.
Configuring the IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities build date warning
To customers and support that Maximo Real Estate and Facilities is due for an update, a build date warning is displayed if the build is over 6 months old. You can change the time period from 6 months by editing the TRIRIGAWEB.properties file.
Configuring OAuth authentication for Incoming Mail agent
Configure OAuth 2.0 authentication for the Incoming Mail agent that Maximo Real Estate and Facilities uses to connect to the configured mailbox for retrieving email messages with the offline forms. Register an application in Microsoft Azure for OAuth and then configure Maximo Real Estate and Facilities application to use the OAuth 2.0 authentication for the Incoming Mail agent.
Configuring Pentaho Data Integration for Maximo Real Estate and Facilities
If you plan to use IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Real Estate Environmental Sustainability, you must configure IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities to use the Pentaho Data Integration tool (or other compatible tool) to run the needed ETL job items. Enabling virus scan for files that are uploaded to Maximo Real Estate and Facilities
In the TRIRIGAWEB.properties file, you can enable virus scanning on files as they are uploaded to IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities. This feature is disabled by default.
