What is Maximo Monitor?

Maximo Monitor is an application and monitoring solution in Maximo Application Suite that you can use for near real-time visibility, root-cause troubleshooting, anomaly detection, and AI-driven alerts at scale.

You can use Maximo Monitor to complete the following tasks:
  • Visualize current and historical trend data in customizable dashboards.
  • Define hierarchies and drill down through layers of data from a system-wide view to individual devices.
  • Apply analytic functions to input data, and the output is displayed on value cards, tables, images, line graphs, and alert tables.
  • Run anomaly detectors on the input data to detect outliers, gaps, and flat lines in the data. The anomalous data points are highlighted on line graphs.
  • Create alerts to respond to different data conditions. To handle an alert, you use the alert table in Maximo Monitor to open a service request in IBM® Maximo Manage.
