Configuring Maximo Mobile application settings on Windows from a command line

You can configure Maximo® Mobile application settings for a single user from a command line.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Open a Windows command window.
  3. Enter the following commands: 
    start "" "maximomobile://settings?enableWindowsHello=boolean value&serverURL=server URL&allowURLtoBeChanged=boolean value"
    The enableWindowsHello parameter can be set to true or false and it dictates how the Windows Hello page behaves. The serverURL parameter can be set to the Maximo Application Suite or Maximo Asset Management server. The allowURLtoBeChanged parameter can be set to true or false. If allowURLtoBeChanged is set to true, the user can change the server URL.
