You can create private or public dashboards for customized views of KPIs, favorites,
quick actions, and work queues.
About this task
By default, the Maintenance Manager tab on the Operational
dashboard displays cards. Use the Overflow menu to create and
manage customized dashboards.
Procedure

On the Operational dashboard, on the Maintenance
Manager tab, click the Overflow menu and then click
Create dashboard.
- In the Create dashboard dialog, specify a name for the new
dashboard.
- Optional: To display the new dashboard as the first tab on the
Operational dashboard, select the Default checkbox.
Note: If you select a dashboard as the default dashboard, you cannot edit and remove it from the
default position. You can designate only a new dashboard as the default dashboard.
- Optional: If you want other users in a particular security group to be able
to view the new dashboard, select the Public checkbox.
- Click Save.

- From the overflow menu, click Manage dashboards to edit dashboards and
manage viewing options.
