Reviewing service requests
As a supervisor, you can review service requests on the Review Service Requests page in the Work Center and create work orders to fulfill requests.
The Review Service Requests page displays service requests for your default site. If necessary, you can choose to view service requests for all sites.
From the Review Service Requests page, you can use the multi-select feature to perform the
following actions on the service requests that you select:
- create work orders
- change the status of the service request
- assign an owner or owner group
When a service request is canceled, the status on the Originating Record tile on the Details tab of a work order is updated. You can check the status to determine whether to create a work order or to cancel one that you already created.
