Clearing log files from the Maximo Mobile Navigator

You can clear log files from the Maximo® Mobile Navigator after you log in to the Maximo Mobile app.

Procedure

  1. Open the Maximo Mobile container app and then log in
  2. After the data download operation, open the Navigator menu.
  3. Select the Help and Support tab.
  4. Select the Log Data tab.
  5. Click the Clear Log icon.
  6. Click OK to confirm the deletion of the log content.
