Removing work process flow from work orders or job plans

You can remove work process flow for a work order, a job plan, or task records that have it defined. You can do this at the header level, which will remove it for all the associated tasks as well, or you can remove it at the task level.

About this task

If work process flow is removed at the header level, it will automatically be removed on individual tasks on the record. You cannot retain work process flow for a task that does not have it set at the header level.

Procedure

  1. In an application that supports flow action, display the record that you want to remove from work process flow.
  2. On the main application tab, clear the Flow Controlled check box. The system removes the work order or the job plan, and all of its tasks from work process flow.
  3. Click Save Record.
