Set up your Microsoft Azure blob storage account to use it with
Maximo® Manage.
Before you begin
Create a storage account in Microsoft Azure or use a pre-existing
account.
Procedure

Log in to your Microsoft Azure account and record your storage account
name.
- In your storage account, create a new container or record an existing container.
Note: Microsoft Azure is a flat file system with virtual folders. You do not need to
create subfolders unless you want to import files. If you are importing files, create the subfolder
when you add the documents that you want to upload to
Microsoft Azure.
Empty
folders in Microsoft Azure are deleted automatically. You can specify folder names in
endpoints or system properties when necessary.

configure the access key.
